以离子色谱法测定生活饮用水中三氯乙酸的含量.从重复性测定引入、标准溶液、工作曲线拟合过程、仪器引入等4个方面对三氯乙酸的测度的不确定度进行评定.结果表明:工作曲线拟合产生的不确定度影响最大,其次为标准物质本身和检测仪器产生的不确定度.当样品中三氯乙酸含量为44.0547 ug/L时,扩展不确定为0.1234 ug/L,k=2.
Uncertainty Evaluation of Trichloroacetic Acid in Drinking Water by Ion Chromatography
Determination of trichloroacetic acid content in water by ion chromatography.The uncertainty of the determination of trichloroacetic acid was evaluated from the four aspects of Repeatability introduction of the sample,the standard material itself,the working curve fitting,and the main instrument.The results showed that the uncertainty introduced by working curve fitting was the most significant,followed by the standard substance itself and the main instruments.When the trichloroacetic acid content in the sample was 44.0547 μg/L,the expanded uncertainty was 0.1234 μg/L,k=2.
