Determination of Total Congeners in Fish Oil:Isotope Dilution HRGC/HRMS
PCBs is one major category of Persistent Organic Pollutants(POPs),and total 209 Congeners is restrictive indicator for IFOS five-star authentication.A method had been developed for determination of total 209 Congeners in fish oil by isotope dilution HRGC/HRMS.After fish oil samples were extracted with hexane,the extraction solution is concentrated,purified,and subjected to isotope labeling.The target substance is determined using HRGC-HRMS.The method detection limit is 1.4 ng/g,and minimum quantitative detection limit is 5.4 ng/g.
