Determination of 21 Semi-volatile Organic Compounds in Solid Waste Extract by Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry
The determination methods of 21 semi-volatile organic compounds in solid waste leachate were established.Semi-volatile organic compounds in solid waste leachate were extracted by using dichloromethane solvent with experimental water, acetic acid buffer solution and nitric acid/sulfuric acid mixed solution as extractant, and after concentration, they were determined by gas chromatography mass spectrometry, ion scanning mode was selected, and external standard quantitative analysis was analyzed, and the detection concentration, spiked recovery rate and precision were studied. The results showed that when the samples of different concentrations were repeated, the detection limit was 0.005mg·kg-1~0.037mg·kg-1,the relative standard deviation was 0.60%~7.18%,1.52%~10.5%,0.39%~4.27%,and the recovery rate of spiked was 66.1%~117.0%,72.2%~116.1%,74.3%~114.3%.The method has good stability, high sensitivity, simple operation steps, strong practicality and high degree of automation integration, which can meet the simultaneous determination of 21 semi-volatile organic compounds in solid waste leachate.
