Integrating Frontier Scientific Research into Analytical Chemistry Experimental Teaching:Synthesis of Bifunctional Ligands Modified Gold Nanoparticles and Application of Pb2+Detection in Physiological Environments
Designed an undergraduate chemistry experiment on the synthesis of gold nanoparticles modified with bifunctional ligands and the application in Pb2+detection in physiological environments.Firstly, synthesize citrate modified gold nanoparticles; Then, using ligand exchange method, the bifunctional ligands are modified onto the surface of gold nanoparticles in a certain proportion to obtain functionalized gold nanoparticles that can exist stably in physiological environments and have sensitive and specific responses to Pb2+;Under optimized conditions, detect Pb2+in physiological environments. This experiment can not only exercise students'ability to prepare nanomaterials and master the use of instruments and equipment, but also enhance their analytical thinking skills in posing, analyzing, and solving problems.Through the design and implementation of this experiment, students can further understand the forefront of science and improve their scientific literacy.
