Experimental Design and Application for Thin Layer Chromatography under the Green Chemistry Concept
This paper designed experimental content of the thin layer chromatography applied to undergraduate experimental teaching in order to solve the issue that"three wastes"were difficult to deal with in organic chemistry experiments. The GF-254 silica gel plate was selected as the thin layer plate, the test sample was 95%ethanol solution of acetanilide and caffeine(3 mg/mL),and the developing agent was cyclohexane and ethyl acetate with a volume ratio of 10∶1.The experimental results showed kind separation effects and clear spots, and the experimental phenomenon was evident. In the experiment the amount of reagent used was reduced, the products were recycled, and the application and systematicness were enhanced, which fully conformed to the requirements of"green chemistry"and cultivating applied talents.
