液晶型乳化剂对4类常用油脂的乳化性能研究

探究了 4种非离子液晶型乳化剂(OLIVEM 1000、MONTANOV 68、Plantasens Emulsifier HP30与Emulgade®PL 68/50)与 1种阴离子非液晶型乳化剂(Romol AFSK)对4类常用油脂(有机硅油-聚二甲基硅氧烷、矿物油脂-矿油、合成油脂-辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、植物油脂-角鲨烷)的乳化能力,通过显微电镜图来评估不同乳化剂的乳化效果,以温度稳定性记录来评估不同乳化剂的乳化稳定性。结果表明,5 种乳化剂对聚二甲基硅氧烷的乳化效果强弱依次为:MONTANOV 68>Plantasens Emulsifier HP30>Emulgade®PL 68/50>OLIVEM 1000>Romol AFSK;对辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯的乳化效果强弱依次为:Emulgade®PL 68/50>Plantasens Emulsifier HP30>MONTANOV 68>OLIVEM 1000>Romol AFSK;而 4种液晶型乳化剂乳化矿油与角鲨烷后的料体,其液滴皆较小且致密均一,非液晶型乳化剂Romol AFSK乳化矿油后的液滴较大且不均匀;油脂对乳化体系稳定性的影响程度由强至弱依次为角鲨烷>矿油>聚二甲基硅氧烷>辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯,与4类油脂的极性指数大小趋势一致,且随着油脂添加量的增加,其料体的稳定性越差。
A Study on Emulsifying Property of Liquid Crystal Emulsifier for 4 Kinds of Commonly Used Oils
In this study,the emulsifying ability of four types of nonionic liquid crystal emulsifiers(OLIVEM 1000,MONTANOV 68,Plantasens Emulsifier HP30 and Emulgade®PL 68/50)and one type of anionic non-liquid crystal emulsifier(Romol AFSK)for four types of common oils(Silicones-dimethicone,mineral oil,synthetic oil-caprylic/capric triglyceride and vegetable oil-squalane)was investigated.The emulsifying effect and emulsifying stability of different emulsifiers were evaluated by microscopic electron microscopy and temperature stability experiment.The results showed that the emulsifying ability on dimethicone of the five emulsifiers was as follows:MONTANOV 68>Plantasens Emulsifier HP30>Emulgade ®PL 68/50>OLIVEM 1000>Romol AFSK.the emulsifying ability on caprylic/capric triglyceride was as follows:Emulgade®PL 68/50>Plantasens Emulsifier HP30>MONTANOV 68>OLIVEM 1000>Romol AFSK.Furthermore,4 types of liquid crystal emulsifiers were used to wrap the mineral oil and squalane,and the droplets were found to be small,dense and uniform.On the contrary,the droplets of non-liquid crystal emulsifier(Romol AFSK)emulsified mineral oil were large and uneven.The influence of oil on the stability of the emulsion system from strong to weak was as follows:squalane>mineral oil>dimethicone>caprylic/capric triglyceride,which was consistent with the polarity index of oils.Moreover,with the increase in the amount of oil added,the stability of the material was reduced significantly.
