目的:研究瑞草油对螨虫、蜱虫、红火蚁等常见害虫的驱杀及消肿效果。方法:通过 PCR 产物凝胶电泳,检测瑞草油对螨虫的趋避效果;通过圆盘法、滤纸法、喷施法、挥发法等,检测瑞草油对蜱虫、红火蚁等的驱杀效果;以二甲苯致耳肿胀的小鼠为动物模型,评价瑞草油的消肿功效。结果:在PCR电泳实验中,涂有瑞草油的取样点未检测到螨虫DNA;在驱虫实验中,蜱虫、红火蚁经过含有瑞草油的圆环平均用时显著长于对照圆环;在杀虫实验中,瑞草油对蜱虫、红火蚁的杀灭效率均为100%,对蜱虫的半数击倒时间KT50分别为 272。36 min(喷施法)、274。86 min(挥发法),对红火蚁的KT50分别为 7。12 min(喷施法)、1 h以内(挥发法);瑞草油对小鼠耳肿胀的平均抑制率达46。34%,与复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏无统计学差异。结论:瑞草油在驱杀螨虫、蜱虫、红火蚁等虫害以及消肿方面效果显著。
Evaluation Research of the Efficacy of Ruicao Oil against Acarid,Ticks,Solenopsis Invicta and Tumescence
Objective:To study the effects of Ruicao oil against acarid,ticks,Solenopsis invicta and tumescence.Methods:The repellent effect of Ruicao oil on acarid was detected by PCR gel electrophoresis.The repellant effects of Ruicao oil on ticks and Solenopsis invicta were observed by disk method and filter paper method,and the killing effects were observed by spray method and volatilization method.Mice with ear swelling induced by xylene were used as animal model to evaluate the antiswelling effect of Ruicao oil.Results:In the experiment of PCR gel electrophoresis,acarid DNA was not detected in the sampling sites coated with Ruicao oil.In the insect repellent experiments,the average times for ticks and Solenopsis invicta to pass through the rings containing Ruicao oil were significantly longer than those of the control rings.In the insecticidal experiments,the killing efficiency of Ruicao oil on ticks and Solenopsis invicta was 100%.The KT50 for ticks were 272.36 min(spray method)and 274.86 min(volatilization method),and for Solenopsis invicta were 7.12 min(spray method)and within 1 h(volatilization method).The average inhibitory efficiency of Ruicao oil on ear swelling in mice was 46.34%,which had no statistical difference with compound dexamethasone acetate cream.Conclusion:Ruicao oil has shown significant efficacy against acarid,ticks,Solenopsis invicta and tumescence.
