三唑啉酮的合成工艺研究

本文采用"一锅法"制备三唑啉酮,并对其合成工艺进行优化。以盐酸苯肼为原料,经过中和反应和加成-环合反应生成三唑啉酮,平均产率达92%。本文所得最优工艺条件具有良好的重现性和稳定性,更具有工业化的应用潜力,能够为工业化生产提供理论依据。
Study on Synthesis Technology of Triazolinone
In this paper,triazolinone was prepared by"one pot method",and its process was optimized.Triazolinone was synthesized from phenylhydrazine hydrochloride by neutralization reaction and addition cyclization reaction with an average yield of 92%.The optimal process conditions obtained in this paper have good reproducibility and stability,and have more industrialized application potential,which can provide a theoretical basis for industrial production.
