摘要
本文主要介绍坚果油神经酰胺(NP)的制备方法及其功效.坚果油神经酰胺(NP)是一种以天然来源的坚果油油脂为原料合成的神经酰胺.通过细胞实验考察了NP对HaCaT细胞的增殖能力、迁移能力及分泌MMP1 的水平和RAW细胞分泌炎症因子(IL-6)、B16细胞分泌黑色素水平的影响;通过弹性蛋白酶活性抑制实验评价NP对皮肤弹性的影响.实验结果表明,NP具有抗光老化、抗炎、修复、美白、抗氧化等功效,未来在化妆品、生物医药、食品等领域有着广泛的应用前景.
Abstract
This article mainly introduces the preparation method and efficacy of nut oil ceramide(NP).The preparation of nut oil ceramide(NP)mainly uses natural nut oil as raw material to synthesize composite ceramide.To investigate the effects of nut oil ceramide(NP)on the proliferation and migration ability of HaCaT cells,as well as the levels of MMP1 secretion,inflammatory factor(IL-6)secretion by RAW cells,and melanin secretion by B16 cells through cell experiments;Evaluate the effect of nut oil ceramide(NP)on skin elasticity through elastase activity inhibition experiments.The experimental results indicate that nut oil ceramide(NP)has anti photoaging,anti-inflammatory,repair,and whitening effects,and has broader application prospects in cosmetics,biomedicine,food,and other fields in the future.
