外感止咳颗粒的提取及制备工艺研究

目的:对外感止咳颗粒的提取及制备工艺进行考察.方法:采用正交试验设计,以升麻素苷浓度及干浸膏得率为评价指标.分别对加水倍量、提取时间、提取次数等因素进行考察,优化外感止咳颗粒的提取工艺;以休止角成型率、溶化率为指标,考察了浸膏密度,辅料种类和辅料比例,优选最佳成型工艺.结果:最佳提取工艺为 8倍量水,加热回流提取 3次,每次1h;最佳成型工艺为稠膏相对密度 1.25(80℃),采用乳糖和淀粉作为辅料,浸膏∶乳糖∶淀粉=1∶2.5∶1.5.结论:优选的工艺稳定,合理可行.
Research on the Extraction and Preparation Process of External Cough Suppressant Granules
Objective:To investigate the extraction and preparation process of exogenous cough granules.Methods:By adopting orthogonal experimental design,with the concentration of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and the yield of dry extract as evaluation indicators.The factors such as the amount of water added,extraction time,and extraction frequency were investigated respectively to optimize the extraction process of Waigan Zhike Granules;with the angle of repose,forming rate and dissolution rate as indicators,the extract density,types of excipients and proportion of excipients were investigated to optimize the best forming process.Results:The optimal extraction process was 8 times the amount of water,heated and refluxed for 3 times,each time for 1 h.The optimal molding process was a relative density of 1.25(80℃)for thick paste,lactose and starch as excipients,and extract∶lactose∶starch=1∶2.5∶1.5.Conclusion:The preferred process is stable,reasonable and feasible.
