Study on the Network Pharmacology of Bailing Huazuo Pill in the Treatment of Inflammatory Semen non-Liquefaction Syndrome
In this study,Bailing Huozhuo pill(BLHZP),a hospital preparation developed by Lin Tiandong,was used as the research object,and the possible mechanism of action of BLHZP in the treatment of inflammatory semen non-liquefaction syndrome was investigated by using network pharmacology.Through TCMSP database,79 active ingredients and 551 disease gene targets were selected from the hospital preparation BLHZP,and 113 non-overlapping target genes were found in common with prostatitis related diseases.Hospital preparation BLHZP mainly removes turbidity by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of inflammatory semen non-liquification syndrome.The core targets involved in its active ingredients participate in mediating immune response,and are activated by binding with different types of cell receptors,controlling biological activity processes including gene transcription,immune response,cell adhesion,cell cycle progression,apoptosis,migration and transformation.Therefore,the network pharmacological analysis of BLHZP can provide theoretical basis and scientific basis for further research on the mechanism of action of BLHZP,and promote the development of innovative drugs based on BLHZP.
