Study on the Extraction and Preparation Technology of Wuwei Tongfeng Pill
Objective:To develop Wuwei Tongfeng decoction into Wuwei Tongfeng pill.Methods:An orthogonal design was adopted,with the amount of water added,decoction time,and decoction times as factors,and the transfer rate of aesculetin and dry extract rate as evaluation indicators,to optimize the extraction process of Wuwei Tongfeng pill.Research on the pill preparation process was also conducted.Results:The best extraction process was to add 12 times water,extract for 1.5 hours,and extract 3 times;the optimal molding process was to concentrate the extract under reduced pressure to a relative density of 1.30～1.40,crush Euodiae Fructus and Fermentum Rubrum through a 100-mesh sieve,and mix after homogenization,make pills and dry at 70℃for 24 hours.Conclusion:The extraction and preparation process are stable and feasible.
