氧合器是呼吸支持装置最重要的组成部分之一,膜材料作为氧合器的核心,其表面的血液相容性至关重要,直接影响氧合器的使用寿命以及能否减少并发症的发生.中空纤维膜结构能够减少体外血容量,在血液中具有优异的氧气和二氧化碳交换功能而被广泛用于氧合器.本文综述了膜式氧合器膜材料的种类和应用,以及抗凝涂层表面改性方法的发展现状和研究进展,旨在为膜肺涂层材料的研究提供参考.
Research Development on the Surface Modification of Anticoagulant Coating in Oxygenator
Oxygenator is one of the vital components of respiratory support devices.As the core of the membrane oxygenator,the blood compatibility on the surface of the membrane material is very important,which directly affects the service life of the oxygenator and can reduce the possibility of complications.Hollow fiber membrane can reduce the blood volume in vitro,and possesses excellent oxygen and carbon dioxide exchange function in the blood,so it is widely used in oxygenators.In this review,the types and applications of membrane materials in membrane oxygenator,as well as the current development and research progress of surface modification of anticoagulant coating have been summarized.It is thought that this review will provide references for the study of coating materials on the surface of artificial membrane lung.
