Discussion on the Method of Constructing Simulation Training Base by Using Wasted Oil Depot
Most storage units of petroleum products sale enterprises have the characteristics of high pressure,flammability and explosion.The operation training and assessment of key equipment on the storage units will inevitably affect the normal production and increase the difficulty,risk and cost of training.Therefore,it is of positive significance to carry out targeted simulation and practical training by using waste oil depots to realize post operations such as metering,transportation and unloading of oil depots and gas stations,as well as practical training functions such as direct operation,SCADA simulation,emergency disposal and VR experience.From the perspective of solving the problems existing in the safety training of grass-roots employees in oil depots,this paper analyzes the business needs of post operation skill training of grass-roots employees in an oil branch company,and combined with the characteristics of enterprises,puts forward the design idea and software and hardware construction content of constructing the post skill training base of oil depots and gas stations in an oil branch company by using the waste equipment and facilities of oil depots and gas stations.
