电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)和光谱法(ICP-OES)是两种极其灵敏的稳定快速测定金属元素的常用方法,在环境领域方面,国内外常用其测定水质、大气颗粒物和土壤及固体废弃物中的金属元素含量.本文介绍了ICP-MS和ICP-OES两者的原理和分析特点,并简要介绍了两种方法在水质、大气颗粒物和土壤及固体废弃物样品中金属元素测定的应用.
Application of Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry and Spectrometry in Environmental Monitoring
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)are two sensitive and stable methods for the rapid determination of metal elements.In the environmental field,it is often used at home and abroad for the determination of metal elements in water quality,atmospheric particulate matter,soil and solid waste.This paper introduces the principles and analytical characteristics of ICP-MS and ICP-OES,and briefly introduces the applications of these two methods in the determination of metal elements in water quality,atmospheric particulate matter,soil and solid waste samples.
