Biochar Determination of the Electrical Conductivity and Relative Factors Research
Biochar salt is different from different pyrolysis temperature and materials,which can be make an adverse effect on plant growth without properly applied in soil.Electrical conductivity can show the quantity of soluble salts content in biological activated carbon,which can be properly provide an accurate basis.By using the method of orthogonal experimental design,this article will make the biological carbon conductivity with different pyrolysis temperature and pyrolysis time with the typical four agricultural waste biomass materials:cedar wood chips,corn stalks,rice straw,chicken manure,and contest the electrical conductivity under different charcoal water quality ratio.Preparation of carbon at different pyrolysis temperature and time,the Results show that:The pyrolysis temperature and charcoal water quality ratio is significant for electrical conductivity,In 250℃~300℃,Biochar carbonconducticity reduces with pyrolysis temperature increase,In 300℃~650℃,Biochar Electrical conductivity increase with pyrolysis temperature increase,In 350℃~450℃,The fastest changes in rice and chicken manure,respectively 40.56%,48.24%,In 450℃~550℃,wood chips and corn increase quickest,97.53%and 87.74%respectively,Electrical conductivity monotonically increased With carbon and water ratio increasing(1/200~1/20),especial when from one-fiftieth to one-twentieth,Electrical conductivity rapidly changing,The relationship between the four kinds of biological carbon conductivity is that chicken manure>straw>corn stalk>Cedar wood chips,The results of the study will provide biological specifications of the electrical conductivity of carbon analysis and improvement of soil physical chemical properties of certain work laid the foundation.
