UPLC Fingerprint and Chemometric Quality Analysis Evaluation of Aster Tataricum
Objective:to establish UPLC fingerprint method radixa asteriseris and to evaluate the quality of radix asteris from the main producing areas by using the Chemometrics method.Methods:16 batches of radix asteris were collected and the UPLC fingerprint was established, and the High-performance liquid chromatography data were analyzed by similarity evaluation software. The quality of the fingerprint was evaluated by Chemometrics clustering Analysis(CA),principal component Analysis(PCA)and Partial Least Squares Discriminant Analysis(PLS-DA).The results showed that there were 17 common peaks in the fingerprint of radix aster Aster tataricus. The similarity of 16 batches of radix aster was greater than 0.95 and that of one batch was 0.849,peak 2,Peak 6,Peak 7,Peak 9,Peak 10,Peak 13,Peak 17,peak 19 are 5-caffeylquinic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, artichoke, ferulic acid,1,16 batches of radix aster were clustered into 2 classes by cluster analysis, and 2 classes of principal components were extracted by principal component analysis, the quality of Aster from 3 areas was evaluated by the factor comprehensive score. The VIP value of the variable importance projection of PLS-DA model screened out 2 different components. Conclusion:the established fingerprint can reflect the chemical composition distribution of Aster, and can provide reference for the overall quality evaluation of Aster, the quality of radix asteris from 3 different habitats and batches was analyzed by Chemometrics method, which provided data support for the quality analysis of Radix Asteris in Aster tataricus.
