Online airboren particle counter and particle counting sensors are mainly used to measure the cleanliness of clean rooms or clean areas.The current calibration specification for dust particle counters in China is JJF 1190-2008《Calibration Specification for Dust Particle Counter》.This calibration specification uses monodisperse polystyrene emulsions as standards to calibrate equipment.This paper will discuss the calibration status and problems of the above calibration methods.
