Determination of 14 Elements in Ultrabasrocks by X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy
The method of measuring Si,Ca,Fe,Ni,Co,and V in X-ray fluorescence melting method was determined. The ratio of sample to cosolvent was 1∶10,the samples were pre-oxidized at 700℃,premelted at 1050℃for 2 min, rotated and rocking for 10 min,and naturally cooled with platinum-glass crucible. The calibration standard sample is prepared by national level standard material and artificial mixed standard sample, and the calibration curve is established, the mineral effect and particle size effect is greatly reduced by melting method, the matrix effect is compensated by empirical coefficient method, except Co correlation coefficient r=0.99665,the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.999.The precision and accuracy method meet the requirements of chemical analysis.
