摘要

目的:完善建立中药材香椿子的质量标准.方法:采用薄层鉴别、杂质、水分、浸出物、含量测定等项目对香椿子的质量进行考察.结果:薄层鉴别斑点清晰,易于识别;杂质最低值5.76%,最高值 19.89%,平均值为12.92%;水分采用甲苯法,最低值7.89%,最高值 9.94%,平均值 8.67%;浸出物以稀乙醇作溶剂,热浸法作为浸出方式,最低值 12.63%,最高值 22.58%,平均值17.66%;含量测定以没食子酸为目标成分,在 9.26µg/mL~185.20µg/mL范围内线性良好,10 批样品最低值为 1.54%,最高值 4.88%,平均值3.56%.结论:香椿子的薄层鉴别、杂质、水分、浸出物、含量测定研究可为该药材质量标准的制订提供参考依据.

Abstract

Objective:To improve the quality standard of Toona sinensis seeds.Method:By TLC,impurity,moisture,extracts,content determination and so on to examine the Toona sinensis seeds.Results:TLC was clear and easy to recognize.Impurity:the lowest value is 5.76%,the highest value is 19.89%,and the average value is 12.92%.Moisture content is determined by the toluene method,the lowest value is 7.89%,the highest value is 9.94%,and the average value is 8.67%.The extract is extracted using dilute ethanol as the solvent,and the hot leaching method is used as the leaching method,the lowest value is 12.63%,the highest value is 22.58%,and the average value is 17.66%.Content determination with gallic acid as the target ingredient,showed a good linearity in the range of 9.26 µg/mL~185.20µg/mL,the minimum value of 10 batches of samples is 1.54%,the maximum value is 4.88%,and the average value is 3.56%.Conclusion:The results might be used as important indicators for the quality standard of Toona sinensis seeds.
