Study on the Correlation between the Quality of Angelica sinensis in Yunnan and its Soil Nutrients in Different Producing Areas
To comprehensively evaluate the quality of Angelica sinensis in Yunnan(ASY)from different habitats and study the relationship between the effective components of medicinal materials and soil nutrients in their habitats,to provide a theoretical basis for quality evaluation and high-quality and high-yield cultivation of ASY.In this study, the contents of seven effective components in ASY were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and ultraviolet-visible spectrum(UV-Vis),and the comprehensive quality of medicinal materials from different producing areas was evaluated by entropy weight TOPSIS method. At the same time,8 soil nutrients in different soil layers were determined, and the interaction between soil nutrients and effective components of medicinal materials was discussed by bivariate analysis. The results showed that the comprehensive quality of the samples in Xianggelila,Diqing city,Yunnan was the best. The contents of total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),total potassium(TK),and nitrate nitrogen(NO3-N)in the soil were the highest in brown soil and the lowest in red soil. The soil nutrient content in most producing areas could basically meet the nutrient requirements for the growth of ASY,and the TK content needs to be appropriately supplemented according to the actual situation,to promote the accumulation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural and polysaccharide content in ASY.
