摘要

以激光诱导石墨烯电化学传感器为例,将前沿科研成果融入仪器分析实验教学中.设计了以聚酰亚胺膜为基底,采用激光诱导石墨烯技术制备电化学传感器.通过工作电极的制备、微观结构的表征以及在氯霉素检测中应用,帮助学生理解电化学传感方法的原理,掌握相关仪器的操作,熟悉电化学分析流程.本实验是基础知识与现代科研手段的有效结合,实验可操作性强,检测结果直观,能够锻炼学生实验设计和分析数据的能力,进而提升学生的科学素养.

Abstract

Taking the laser-induced graphene electrochemical sensor as an example,the integrating frontier scientific research achievements were introduced into the experimental teaching of instrumental analysis.Using the polyimide film as the substrate,the electrochemical sensor was prepared by laser-induced graphene technology.Through the preparation of the working electrode,characterization of microstructure,and its application in chloramphenicol detection,this experiment can help students understand the principle of electrochemical sensing methods,master the operation of relevant instruments,and get familiar with the electrochemical analytical process.As the combination of basic knowledge and modern scientific research means,this experiment has strong operability and intuitive detection results,which can train students'ability in experimental design and data analysis,and further enhance their ability in scientific research.
