4-甲基联苯逆合成分析法及交叉偶联反应设计

传统验证型教学实验大多采用照方抓药的授课模式,不利于学生创新能力的培养.本文以逆合成分析法为切入点,通过翻转课堂的授课方式引导学生剖析目标产物,自主设计合成路线.在实验操作过程中,通过分组教学,让学生分别采用Kumada偶联反应和Suzuki偶联反应合成目标产物.通过对实验条件、产物产率等的比较让学生全面掌握两类交叉偶联反应的特点.最后再通过撰写论文式报告对学生进行考核,培养学生基础的科研论文写作能力.该实验项目以科研思维为导向,重点学习两类交叉偶联反应,让学生认识和完成了一个基本的科研过程,有利于培养综合性、具有较高科研素养的创新型人才.
Inverse Synthesis Analysis and Cross Coupling Reaction Design of 4-Methylbiphenyl
The traditional verification experiments mostly were conducted by following the specific experimental procedures,which are not conducive to the cultivation of students'innovation ability.This paper starts from inverse synthesis analysis,guides students to analyze the target product and design synthesis routes individually.When conduct the experiments,students were divided into two groups to synthesize target products by Kumada and Suzuki coupling reaction respectively.By comparing the experimental conditions and product yields,students were able to fully grasp the characteristics of the two types of cross-coupling reactions.Finally,students were assessed by writing a report as a scientific article to cultivate their basic ability of writing scientific research papers.This experiment is oriented to scientific research thinking and focuses on learning two types of cross-coupling reactions.Through this experiment,students can understand and complete a basic scientific research process,which is conducive to cultivating comprehensive and innovative talents with high scientific research literacy.
