The preparation process of caspofungin acetate was introduced,and the mainstream process was improved through pilot study.Through technological improvements such as acetone pulping,solvent washing,one pot synthesis of carbofuran acetate aqueous solution,nitrogen drying,etc.,achieve industrial kilogram level production and successfully achieve industrial metric level process amplification,which greatly reduced the production cost of the industry,and can provide certain technical support for larger industrial production amplification.
