Numerical Simulation Study on Aerosol Movement in Inert Sealed Chamber Based on CFD
At present, the most promising reprocessing method for FBR spent fuel is pyro-chemical reprocessing. In order to effectively evaluate the safety, analyze the safety and trace the source of the accident, radioactive aerosol will be produced in the whole process of material handling. It is necessary to master the movement law of aerosol particles in an inert sealed chamber. In this paper, the movement of aerosol particles in an inert sealed chamber is analyzed and studied by using CFD technology. The results show that the majority of particles move along the direction of the flow field, with some particles remaining on the outlet wall. The wall roughness is 0.4 μm,which can effectively reduce the settling of particles on the wall. The research results of this article provide relevant theoretical basis and data support for the design of inert sealed glove boxes and heat chambers.
