Research on Elevated Temperature Mechanical Properties of Motor slot Wedge Prepared by Epoxy Resin
There are still few researches on the mechanical properties and temperature variation of motor groove wedge prepared by epoxy resin.In order to clarify the changes of mechanical properties and temperature of epoxy resin,two types of slot wedges(0902 and 482)were used to test their mechanical properties at 20 ℃ and 155 ℃:linear shear strength,compressive strength,impact strength and bending strength.The creep experiments were carried out at 20 ℃,120 ℃ and 155 ℃,and the life prediction models were established.The experimental results show that the compressive strength and linear shear strength of 0902 sample are better than 482 sample,but the impact toughness and bending strength is worse than 482 sample.The compression and linear shear properties of 0902 are less sensitive to temperature than 482,but the bending strength and impact toughness are more sensitive to temperature than 482.Lifetime prediction models of 0902 and 482 at different temperatures were successfully established,and both had good goodness of fit.It provides a basis for life prediction,and has a very important reference significance for the use of slot wedge in power system and motor equipment.
