乳酸菌发酵物的美白效果研究

探究乳酸菌(菌株:Lactobacillus sp.)发酵物在动物模型上的美白效果.采用MTT测试和蘑菇酪氨酸酶活性抑制试验分析发酵物的细胞毒性及对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制效果;选取雌性C57BU6小鼠建模动物模型,CK仪器测量用药前后小鼠耳部皮肤的黑色素含量,并与凡士林、熊果苷的美白效果参照对比.结果表明,乳酸菌(菌株:Lactobacillus sp.)发酵物具有天然、低毒、易提取的特点,且对酪氨酸酶活性有较好的抑制作用,能有效降低小鼠耳部皮肤黑色素指数,对动物模型具有较好的美白作用.
Study on Whitening Effect of Lactobacillus Fermentation
To explore the whitening effect of lactic acid bacteria fermentation in the animal model(strain:Lactobacillus sp.).The cytotoxicity of the fermentation was analyzed by MTT test,and the inhibitory effect of mushroom tyrosinase activity was analyzed by mushroom tyrosinase activity inhibition test.Female C57BL/6 mice were selected to build an animal model.The melanin content of ear skin of mice before and after treatment was measured by CK instrument,and the whitening effect was compared with that of Vaseline and arbutin.The results showed that Lactobacillus sp.Fermentation has the characteristics of natural,low toxicity and easy extraction,and has a good inhibitory effect on tyrosinase activity,can effectively reduce the melanin index of ear skin of mice,and has a good whitening effect on animal models.
