Using peony seed oil as experimental material,UV irradiation was used to simulate the in vitro photoaging environment of 3D skin model, and the anti-photoaging efficacy of peony seed oil was verified by detecting the content of Reactive Oxygen Species, the expression of collagen Ⅳ and the positive cell rate of cyclobutanepyrimidinemer,a DNA damage index, through the effect of peony seed oil.The results showed that peony seed oil could significantly reduce the content of ROS(p<0.01)and increase the collagenⅣ content(P<0.01)in skin after UV irradiation, while the CPD positive cell rate decreased significantly(P<0.01).The experiment shows that peony seed oil can significantly reduce the content of ROS,improve the content of collagen Ⅳ in skin after UV irradiation, and reduce the rate of CPD positive cells, thus playing a certain anti-photoaging effect on skin.
