硫铁矿是重要的冶金原料之一,在冶炼工业中应用广泛,它的主要化学成分为二硫化亚铁,是一种重要的化学矿物原料,常用来制造硫酸,其矿渣可用来炼铁、炼钢,若炉渣含硫量较高,含铁量不高时,可以用作水泥的附属原料;硫铁矿也会用于制造硫磺或者其他含硫的化合物.在实际生产过程中,转化氛围对产品性能和过程能耗有显著影响,基于此,本文主要详细讨论了硫铁矿在不同燃烧气氛条件下转化过程的研究进展,并对硫铁矿焙烧工艺未来的发展趋势进行了展望.
Research Progress in the Conversion Process of Pyrite
Pyrite is one of the important metallurgical raw materials and is widely used in the smelting industry.Its main chemical component is iron disulfide,which is an important chemical mineral raw material commonly used to manufacture sulfuric acid.Its slag can be used for iron and steel smelting.If the slag has a high sulfur content and low iron content,it can be used as an auxiliary material for cement.Pyrite is also used to manufacture sulfur or other sulfur-containing compounds.In actual production processes,the conversion atmosphere has a significant impact on product performance and process energy consumption.Based on this,this paper mainly discusses in detail the research progress on the conversion process of pyrite under different combustion atmosphere conditions and looks forward to the future development trends of pyrite conversion technology.
