Analysis on the Problem of Numerical Modification Exceeding the Scope in the Patent Examination in the Field of Chemistry
Through the analysis of three cases in the field of chemistry,this paper discusses the problem of the modification of the value range in the field of chemistry in the process of review,especially whether the modification of a single value range and multiple value ranges are out of range at the same time,and analyzes the problems that should be paid attention to in judging the modification.And according to whether there is a close relation and one-to-one correspondence between the technical features of the numerical values involved,try to summarize the general judgment methods of similar problems.
