X射线荧光在宝玉石材料分析中的应用及意义

X-射线荧光分析技术作为一种无损分析技术,可以分析固体,粉末和液体样品,在保持样品原有结构的基础上对样品进行主次微量组分的分析。本文通过固体切片打磨、粉末制样,高温熔片等不同前处理方法处理不同宝玉石材料样品,X-射线荧光熔片法、压片法、半定量分析等检测法检测了宝玉石材料样品各组分含量。通过对不同产地的玉石材料各组分检测结果的比较,得出不同产地、不同类型的玉石材料在元素组成上有一定的差异,这种差异很可能成为玉石材料产地溯源的辅助性依据。X-射线荧光法作为一种低碳环保、样品前处理流程简单、分析速度快、检测成本低、多元素同时分析等优点,可用较低成本得到宝玉石样品各组分含量。根据不同地区宝玉石材料元素分析数据模型的比较,可知宝玉石材料来源于哪个产地,因此X-射线荧光分析结果可作为溯源宝玉石材料产地推断的一种辅助性方法。
Application and Significance of X-ray Fluorescence in Analysis of Jade Materials
X-ray fluorescence analysis technology,as a nondestructive analysis technology,can analyze solid,powder and liquid samples,and analyze the primary and secondary trace components of the samples on the basis of maintaining the original structure of the samples.In this paper,the various components of different jade material samples were processed by different pretreatment methods,such as solid slice grinding,powder sampling,high temperature melting sheet,and the content of various jade material samples was detected by X-ray fluorescence melting sheet method,sheet pressing method,and semi-quantitative analysis.Through the comparison of the test results of various components of jade materials from different origins,it is concluded that different origins and different types of jade materials have certain differences in the element composition,which is likely to become the auxiliary basis for the traceability of the origin of jade materials.X-ray fluorescence method,as a low carbon and environmental protection,simple sample preprocessing process,fast analysis speed,low detection cost,multi-element analysis,can obtain the content of each component of the sample at low cost.According to the comparison of the element analysis data model of Baoyu materials in different regions,we can know the origin of the Baoyu materials from,so the X-ray fluorescence analysis results can be used as an auxiliary method to infer the origin of the traceable Baoyu materials.
