摘要

按照GB/T 8077-2012的等标准方法规定,对标准型、早强型和缓凝型聚羧酸系高性能减水剂的匀质性及有毒有害物质限量进行检测,分别使用离子色谱法测定氯离子的含量,使用酸度计测定pH值,使用电阻高温炉测定硫酸钠含量,使用分光光度计测定残留甲醛含量,使用碱式滴定管测定释放氨含量,对本地区常用聚羧酸系高性能减水剂的品质状况进行分析.

Abstract

According to the standard method of GB/T 8077-2012,the homogeneity of standard typeand limit of harmful substances,early strength type and slow setting type polycarboxylic acid high performance water reducing agent was tested.The content of chloride ion was determined by ion chromatography,pH value was determined by pH meter,sodium sulfate content was determined by resistance high-temperature furnace,and residual formaldehyde content was determined by spectrophotometer.The content of released ammonia was determined with a basic burette,and the quality of polycarboxylic acid series high performance water reducing agent used in this area was analyzed.
