摘要

利用电化学方法制备聚苯胺/泡沫镍自支撑电极,通过对其形貌成分的表征和对葡萄糖的电传感性能的研究,设计了一个本科生综合性试验.本实验可以加深学生对材料制备方法的认识,熟悉电化学制备材料的方法,并通过材料的表征和性能的研究,初步地构建材料的构效关系.结合目前的科学研究前沿,该实验有利于融入学生科研训练,培养学生查阅文献以及撰写科技论文的能力,提升科学素养.

Abstract

The polyaniline/foam nickel(PANI/NF)self-supporting electrode was prepared by electrochemical method.Through the characterization of the morphology and composition,and the study of the electrical sensitivity to glucose,a comprehensive experiment was designed for undergraduate.The experiment can deepen students'understanding of material preparation methods,familiarize them with electrochemical preparation methods,and preliminarily construct the structure activity relationship of materials through the characterization and performance research of materials.Combining with the current cutting-edge scientific research,this experiment is conducive to integrating students'scientific research training,cultivating their ability to access literature and write scientific papers,and improving their scientific literacy.
