A good curriculum system is the fundamental guarantee for achieving the goal of talent training.Higher vocational food inspection and testing is a highly practical major,and its professional course system needs to meet the needs of talent training and industry development.Through the investigation of the third-party food testing industry in Henan Province,the reasons for the insufficient employability of interns and graduates are summarized and analyzed,and the ideas and specific measures for constructing a professional course system based on the ability needs of third-party testing jobs are proposed to improve the applicability of professional talent training.
