《分析化学》教学中的"知行合一"教学实践——以土壤全氮含量的测定为例

以土壤中全氮含量的测定为例,基于任务驱动教学,将新知识分析化学课程酸碱滴定法的应用中的"克氏定氮法"与分析试样的采集与处理、分析化学中的误差与数据处理等旧知识进行串联,通过设定分解分级任务及"做中学",引导学生将课本理论知识应用于解决实际问题,培养学生理论与实践相结合的能力以及应用能力,实现"知行合一",提高学生的综合素质,同时激发学生的学习兴趣.
