"无废城市"背景下《固体废弃物处理》课程教学改革——以含铊固废资源化为例

2018年我国提出了"无废城市"理念,而固体废弃物资源化是实现"无废城市"目标的关键途径之一.本文阐述了"无废城市",明确指出固体废弃物的"减量化"、"资源化"、"无害化"原则均体现了"无废城市"理念,且资源化以无害化为前提,这是《固体废弃物处理》课程教学大纲修订的要求.另外,随着新能源电池的发展,锂行业发展迅猛,导致与锂行业有关的含铊固废堆积如山,目前含铊固废的有效处理处置将是整个锂行业的关键瓶颈.本文以含铊固废为例,从稀散金属铊的特性、含铊固废的来源、含铊固废中铊的富集方法(包括火法/湿法富集铊、烟尘中富集铊精矿、离子交换法富集铊)、富集铊后的固废建材化等方面阐述含铊固废资源化利用.探讨《固体废弃物处理》课程教学大纲和教学内容的修订和改革,为我国"无废城市"目标的达成和生态文明建设提供人才保障.
Teaching Reform of Solid Waste Treatment Course under the Background of"Zero-waste City":A Case Study of Resource Conversion of Solid Waste Containing Thallium
In 2018,China put forward the concept of"zero-waste city",and the recycling of solid waste is one of the key ways to achieve the goal of"zero-waste city".This paper expounds the"zero-waste city",and clearly points out that the principles of"reduction","resource"and"harmless"of solid waste reflect the concept of"zero-waste city",and the premise of resource is harmless,which is the requirement of the revision of the teaching syllabus of"solid Waste Treatment".In addition,with the development of new energy batteries,the rapid development of the lithium industry,resulting in the accumulation of thallium-containing solid waste related to the lithium industry,the current effective treatment and disposal of thallium-containing solid waste will be a key bottleneck for the entire lithium industry.Taking thallium-containing solid waste as an example,this paper describes the resource utilization of thallium-containing solid waste from the aspects of thallium characteristics of dispersed metal,the source of Thallium-containing solid waste,the enrichment methods of thallium-containing solid waste(including fire/wet enrichment of thallium,enrichment of thallium concentrate in dust,enrichment of thallium by ion exchange method),and the conversion of solid waste into building materials after enrichment.To discuss the revision and reform of the course syllabus and teaching content of Solid Waste Treatment,so as to provide talent guarantee for the realization of the goal of"zero-waste city"and the construction of ecological civilization in China.
