蛋氨酸铜螯合物的制备及其影响因素研究

蛋氨酸铜螯合物作为一种新型高效饲料添加剂,能够同时给动物提供铜元素和平衡有效的氨基酸。本文采用水系合成法,以DL-蛋氨酸、工业级硫酸铜为原料,优化合成了蛋氨酸铜螯合物(Cu(Met)2)。考察了pH、温度和时间对蛋氨酸铜螯合物的制备效果的影响,并通过XRD和FTIR对产品进行了表征。结果表明:蛋氨酸铜螯合物的最佳合成工艺为n(蛋氨酸)∶n(Cu2+)=2∶1,加入蛋氨酸投加量10 倍的水后调节pH为 5,在 90℃的温度条件下反应2 h后进行热过滤、洗涤、烘干。通过XRD和FTIR表征手段确定了合成产物为蛋氨酸铜,并通过母液回用试验,确立了母液的最佳循环次数为2 次,降低了工业生产中尾端废水的处置成本,有利于工厂化。
Preparation and Influencing Factors Study of Copper Methionine
Copper methionine,as a new type of high-efficiency feed additive,can provide copper and balanced amino acids to animals at the same time.In this paper,Copper methionine(Cu(Met)2)was optimized and synthesized by aqueous synthesis method with DL-methionine and industrial grade copper sulfate as raw materials.The effects of pH,temperature and time on the preparation of copper methionine were investigated,and the products were characterized by XRD and FTIR.The results showed that the optimum synthesis process of copper methionine was as follows:n(methionine)∶n(Cu2+)=2∶1,adding 10 times of water with methionine dosage,adjusting pH to 5,reacting at 90℃for 2 h,and Subsequently,perform hot filtration,washing,and drying.The synthesized product was determined to be copper methionine by XRD and FTIR characterization methods.Through the mother liquor reuse test,the optimal number of cycles of the mother liquor was determined to be 2 times,which reduced the disposal cost of tail wastewater in industrial production and was conducive to industrialization.
