A study was conducted to explore the influence of filling parameters on the shearing force of lipstick.The filling parameters include filling temperature,cooling temperature,demoulding temperature,mold temperature and mold cavity size.Lipsticks filled by different filling parameters with a shear force of 98 g and 134 g were selected for three-point test,DSC thermal analysis and stability test.Compared with lipsticks with a shear force of 98 g and 134 g,there were obvious difference in texture,and the evolution of shearing force in stability test were also different,but their internal thermal transition temperatures were the same.This study data can be reference as other lipstick development and industrial filling during the mass production.
