生物质作为一种储量大、分布广泛、优质清洁的可再生能源与零碳能源,是我国实现"碳达峰"、"碳中和"战略的重要补充,可替代部分煤电成为电网调峰的重要力量.生物质与燃煤掺烧发电是一种传统能源和可再生能源综合利用方式,可以充分利用现有燃煤发电设施,具有经济、高效和环保等优点,并且大幅度降低 CO2 排放量.然而如何区分燃煤和生物质的碳排放量,精准计量掺烧生物质的煤电厂的碳排放量成为难题.本文主要针对燃煤电厂掺混生物质的计量技术现状与发展趋势进行总结与分析,为今后技术发展和政策制定指明方向.
Current Situation and Development Trend of Metering Technology for Co-burning Biomass in Coal-fired Power Plants
As a kind of renewable energy and zero-carbon energy with large reserves,wide distribution,high quality and clean,biomass is an important supplement to China's strategy of achieving"carbon peak"and"carbon neutral",and can replace part of coal power to become an important force for power grid peak shaving.Biomass and coal-fired power generation is a comprehensive utilization of traditional energy and renewable energy.It can make full use of existing coal-fired power generation facilities,has the advantages of economy,efficiency and environmental protection,and significantly reduces CO2 emissions.However,how to distinguish the carbon emissions of coal and biomass and accurately measure the carbon emissions of coal-fired power plants mixed with biomass has become a problem.This paper mainly summarizes and analyzes the current situation and development trend of the metering technology of biomass blending in coal-fired power plants,and points out the direction for future technical development and policy formulation.
