摘要

化工园区排水具有市政排水与化工园区行业排水的双重属性,加之每个化工园区产业类型不同,排水需求也不同,导致化工园区排水规划具有复杂性和不确定性.同时随着国家对化工园区环保、安全、应急等方面的管理要求日趋严格,原始老旧化工园区散点式的排水规划已难以适应新型化工园区规划与发展需要.文章从化工园区排水系统划分、雨水排水规划、污水排水规划、排水保障系统规划等方面,试图构建较为科学的新型化工园区排水系统规划,同时结合智慧水务运营管理,保障化工园区生态安全和绿色可持续发展.

Abstract

The drainage of chemical park has the dual attributes of municipal drainage and industrial drainage of chemical park,and the drainage needs of each chemical park are different,which leads to the complexity and uncertainty of the drainage planning of chemical park.At the same time,with the increasingly strict management requirements on environmental protection,safety,emergency and other aspects of the chemical industry park,the scattered drainage planning of the original old chemical industry park have been difficult to meet the planning and development needs of the new chemical industry park.From the aspects of drainage system division,rainwater drainage planning,sewage drainage planning and drainage security system planning of chemical industry park,this paper tries to build a more scientific drainage system planning of new chemical industry park,and at the same time,combined with smart water operation and management,ensure the ecological safety and green and sustainable development of chemical industry park.
