Offshore Oil Field Produced Water Treatment System Process Design
A well-designed offshore oilfield produced water treatment system is of great significance for the cost reduction,efficiency enhancement,safety production,and green and environmental protection in oilfield development.This article introduces the selection method of the process for the produced water treatment system of offshore oil fields,the treatment effects of common equipment,and typical process application examples.It summarizes the main design principles of the produced water treatment system,elaborates on the design and calculations for key process parameters of the equipment such as hydrocyclone,dissolved gas flotation,and water treatment filters,and proposes common design errors and the corresponding improvement measures.
