摘要

根据VOC废气中的成分,查询和计算其饱和蒸气压参数和嗅阈值,基于国家和地方规定的排放标准,设计计算VOC废气排放达标所需的低温冷凝工艺温度参数,结果表明,在该低温冷凝温度条件下,VOC废气排放达标,有效遏制VOC污染物的外排,具有极大的环境和经济效益.

Abstract

According to the composition of VOC(volatile organic compounds)waste gas,the saturated vapor pressure parameters and olfactory threshold are inquired and calculated.Based on the national and local emission standards,the temperature parameters of low temperature condensation process required for VOC waste gas emission are designed and calculated.The results show that under the condition of low temperature condensation temperature,VOC waste gas emission meets the standard,which effectively curbs the emission of VOC pollutants and achieves great environmental and economic benefits.
