人造石苯乙烯废气防聚合治理技术与工程应用

人造石行业排放的有机废气主要污染组分为苯乙烯,具有排放量大、浓度高、易聚合且异味明显等特性,处理难度大,极易引起公众投诉.本文设计了"高效干式过滤+立式吸附浓缩+三室蓄热氧化"集成工艺处理人造石行业苯乙烯废气,探讨其工程应用.该技术具有防止苯乙烯聚合、处理效率高、安全稳定运行、成本低等优点.推广该技术应用能促进人造石行业的废气污染防治、产业结构优化升级、保护生态环境.
Anti polymerization Treatment Technology and Engineering Application of Artificial Stone Styrene Waste Gas
The VOCs waste gas emitted by the artificial stone industry has the characteristics of large emission,high concentration,high styrene content,easy polymerization,difficult waste gas treatment,foul smell,etc.In this paper,the integrated process of"efficient dry filtration+vertical adsorption concentration+three chamber thermal storage oxidation"is designed to treat styrene waste gas in the artificial stone industry,and its engineering application is discussed.The technology has the advantages of preventing styrene polymerization,high treatment efficiency,safe and stable operation,low cost,etc.Promoting the application of this technology can promote the prevention and control of waste gas pollution in the artificial stone industry,promote the optimization,upgrading of the industrial structure,and protect the ecological environment.
