铁路隧道工程施工期废水治理实践探究

为了实现铁路隧道工程施工期废水有效治理,分析隧道施工废水主要来源为骨料冲洗、车辆施工冲洗废水、构件加工、混凝土拌合站、施工人员生活污水.通过污染物对环境影响分析,表明施工期废水对生态环境及景观都有不同程度的影响;根据受纳水体类别不同,所执行的排放标准有所差异;隧道工程施工废水主要污染物为悬浮物、石油类、氨氮、COD等,总结近10 个隧道出水水质,可采用在预沉池内采取隔油措施去除石油类,采用旋流自然沉砂去除较大颗粒物,投加絮凝剂,经絮凝反应及斜管沉淀处理,有效降低悬浮物及浊度,即通过预沉+反应+调节沉淀+过滤实现石油类、SS、氨氮、COD同时有效去除,以实现废水达标排放.
Exploration on the Practice of Wastewater Treatment during the Construction of Railway Tunnel Project
In order to realize the effective treatment of wastewater during the construction period of railway tunnel project,the main sources of wastewater from tunnel construction were analyzed as aggregate flushing,vehicle construction flushing wastewater,component processing,concrete mixing station and domestic sewage of construction personnel.Through the analysis of the impact of pollutants on the environment,it is shown that the wastewater has different degree of impact on the ecological environment and landscape during the construction period.According to the different categories of receiving water bodies,the discharge standards implemented are different.The main pollutants in the wastewater of tunnel construction are suspended solids,petroleum,ammonia nitrogen,COD,etc.The effluent quality of nearly 10 tunnels is summarized.Oil isolation measures can be adopted in the pre-settling tank to remove petroleum,large particles can be removed by swirling natural sedimentation,flocculant can be added,and suspended solids and turbidity can be effectively reduced by flocculation reaction and inclined tube precipitation treatment.That is,through pre-sedimentation+reaction+regulated precipitation+filtration,petroleum,SS,ammonia nitrogen and COD can be effectively removed at the same time to achieve wastewater discharge standards.
