The technology of flue gas drying+rotary fixed bed incineration+flue gas purification was adopted in a municipal sludge centralized disposal center.Based on this,this paper puts forward to add the regenerative incineration system,through analyzing and calculating the operating condition and economy of the original system after adding the regenerative incineration system,it provides ideas and suggestions for the energy-saving technical reform.
