Analysis of Volatile Compositions in Different Parts of Lysimachia paridiformis Franch.and Lysimachia paridiformis var.stenophylla Franch.by HS-SPME-GC-MS
Based on headspace solid-phase micro-extraction gas chromatography mass spectrometry(HS-SPME-GC-MS),the volatile compositions of the roots, stems and leaves of Lysimachia paridiformis Franch.and Lysimachia paridiformis var.stenophylla Franch.were studied. The volatile compositions were identified by the NIST database and by comparing with standard samples. The relative contents of each component were analyzed by the method of peak area normalization. In this work,29,41,and 42 volatile compounds were identified from the roots, stems, and leaves of Lysimachia paridiformis Franch.,accounting for 93.63%,89.95%,and 88.30%of the total volatile components,respectively.While,44,40,and 41 volatile compounds were identified from the roots, stems, and leaves of Lysimachia paridiformis var.stenophylla Franch.,accounting for 91.33%,84.74%,and 84.84%of the total volatile components,respectively.Totally,74 compounds were identified, with 13 shared in each part of materials.Sesquiterpenoids and aldehydes were the main volatile components in the two plants. This experiment can provide reference for accurate evaluation and efficient utilization of volatile components in different parts of Lysimachia paridiformis Franch.and Lysimachia paridiformis var.stenophylla Franch.
