摘要

四氢大麻酚(THC)是最常见的大麻素之一,是大麻植物中主要的精神活性物质,欧美国家对工业用大麻进行了明确的界定,按照THC含量把大麻分为纤维型(THC<0.3%)、中间型(0.3%<THC<0.5%)和药用型(THC>0.3%).大麻植物不同部位大麻素含量不同,提取过程中产生的四氢大麻酚含量往往高于0.3%.因此关注四氢大麻酚的含量对大麻毒品的监测和控制有重要意义.本文就工业大麻中四氢大麻酚的不同检测方法进行了整理和归纳,对四氢大麻酚等大麻素的相关研究及大麻育种工作有参考意义.

Abstract

Tetrahydrocannabinol(THC),one of the most common cannabinoids,is the main psychoactive substance in the cannabis plant.Industrial hemp is clearly defined in Europe and the United States,where cannabis is categorized according to its THC content as hemp-type(THC<0.3%),middle-type(0.3%<THC<0.5%)and drug-type(THC>0.3%).The cannabinoid content varies in different parts of the cannabis plant,and the THC content produced during extraction is often higher than 0.3%.Therefore,it is important to pay attention to the THC content for the monitoring and control of cannabis drugs.In this paper,the different detection methods for THC in industrial hemp are organized and summarized,which is useful for research related to cannabinoids such as THC and hemp breeding.
