Teaching Reform and Practice of Ideological and Political Education in Food Biochemistry Course under Blended Teaching Mode
Food Biochemistry is an important professional basic course of Food Science and Engineering,and its knowledge system contains rich ideological and political education elements.On the basis of fully excavating the ideological and political connotation in the course content,the course team organically integrated value education of patriotic feelings,scientific thinking,craftsman spirit,innovative consciousness and professional quality into the"Food Biochemistry"classroom teaching.Taking the"Food Biochemistry"course of Jiangxi Agricultural University as an example,under the online and offline blended teaching mode,this paper explored and studied the ideological and political construction of the course from the aspects of course goal formulation,syllabus revision,ideological and political elements mining,teaching design,teaching effect evaluation,etc.,which could provide a reference path for the ideological and political construction of other relevant professional curriculums.
