Teaching Research of the Comprehensive Experiments on the Material Preparation,Device Fabrication,and Performance Testing of Perovskite LEDs
In recent years,the LED industry has developed rapidly,but high-quality LED technical talents are in short supply in China.In order to accelerate the cultivation of application-oriented undergraduate talents who can quickly adapt to enterprises,integrate into the enterprise society and have higher technical literacy,we design perovskite LED research and development as a teaching project suitable for undergraduate comprehensive experiments.Perovskite LED research and development process are complex,complicated process,scientific research method is complex and changeable.On the basis of a large number of scientific experiments and practical activities,with the main goal of cultivating students'solid professional knowledge foundation,instrument operation skills and teamwork consciousness,we integrate relevant processes,simplify practical teaching links,refine materials and divide research content.The project included many main training contents and practice methods such as material and device design,material characterization and performance detection,forming a comprehensive teaching practice project with cutting-edge content innovation and high requirements for basic experimental technology and comprehensive application ability,which can effectively cultivate students'practical ability and comprehensive innovation ability.
