分子模拟技术辅助《药剂学》教学的研究

针对药剂学课程的教学现状,笔者结合计算机辅助医药研究的前期基础,尝试将分子模拟技术应用到药剂学教学过程中.本文首先分析了药剂学教学过程存在的问题并对分子模拟技术进行了概述;然后详细阐述了如何利用分子模拟技术辅助药剂学课程的教学过程,包括分子结构可视化辅助药剂成分分析、分子模拟轨迹辅助基本理论讲解以及模拟新型纳米载药体系以拓宽学生视野三个方面.这一方法将促进药剂学教学过程现代化,并为其他相关学科提供新的教学策略.
Research on Molecular Simulation Technology Assisting the Teaching of Pharmaceutics
Based on the current state of teaching and the foundations of computer-aided medicine research,the authors attempt to apply molecular simulation techniques to the teaching process of pharmaceuticals.In this paper,we first analyze the issues that exist in pharmaceutical teaching and provide an overview of molecular simulation techniques.The paper then delves into how molecular simulation techniques can be employed to enhance the teaching process of pharmaceutics in three areas.These include the use of molecular structure visualization to aid in the analysis of pharmaceutical composition,utilizing molecular simulation trajectories to facilitate the explanation of fundamental theories,and harnessing molecular simulations of novel drug carriers to broaden students'perspectives.This approach will modernize the teaching process in pharmacy and provide new teaching strategies for other related disciplines.
